My first attempt at posting to Dreamwidth, because I finally remembered that rosabelle invited me like ... a month ago. And starandrea offered to invite me before that, but I was too scared to attempt it.

So far I'm confused and I don't know if I like this, which says nothing about how I'll feel about it in the future.

Now how the heck do I cross post between journals ... ? o.O

YAY! ♥ Lots of love! Are you still looking for advice on crossposting? :) If you go to your profile page and click "account settings" (right under your name and the "logout" button on the top right), then choose the "other sites" tab (on the far right in the middle of the page), it will give you the option to "configure sites for crossposting."

I think you have to click "add new account," and livejournal will be the default site: all you have to do is enter your LJ name and password and check the box that says "crosspost by default." (If you check this box you will still have the option on every post to NOT crosspost it, and if you don't check this box you still have the option on every post TO crosspost. If you do check the "crosspost by default" box, then every time you edit your dreamwidth post it will automatically *also* edit the LJ crosspost--but, as with regular posting, you can stop the default edit whenever you want.)
