Apparently catching up on Samurai leads me to two things:
1) A need for infinitely more Antonio/Jayden fluff.
2) A need to write in-between scenes to explain things that annoy me.
The end result is three new chapters for Promises. (It also means that now that I'm back-watching, the other chapters are horribly out of order. x.x)
Chapter 2: A Promise for Family

Chapter 5: A Promise for Another Year
My other thoughts for Samurai:
I have one last episode to see - Runaway Spike - and then I'm all caught up and just rewatching to plot out how I'm changing the end. I'm still not really decided on how I'm rewriting it. But I now have All The Headcanon for Mia and Terry, and a new Random Pairing That Totally Works In My Head, and plans for two to four more chapters of Promises before it moves on to the end of Samurai. So. -Beams-
(Seriously, this is all I've been doing for the past few days. Well, that and I discovered that when my pills say 'itching', they really mean 'that tight, burny painful feeling'. I'm still tired all the time, but that's mostly meds. -_-;;;)

- Mike and Emily's close friendship/romance - depending on your preference - is adorable. (They hug now! ♥)
- Antonio spends the first several episodes of Super Samurai getting beat up or made fun of.
- Ji is an ass.
- THAT IS NOT HOW YOU DEAL WITH PTSD.
- Cody fascinates me for some reason. I may be developing headcanon that he and Jayden are distant cousins, and he knows Lauren.
- Terry is ADORKABLE and there needs to be more of him! ♥
- Everyday Fun has been stuck in my head for the past two days.
- That song does not fit a group that calls themselves 'The Rebel Rockers'.
- I highly suspect that someone stole Scott's morpher in Clash of the Red Egos, because that is clearly not Scott. (It's technically not Antonio either, but that's beside the point.) And if that *were* Scott, I also suspect that his team would have sent him a much stronger message than 'hi'.
