So, I'm working on rewatching MMPR, because I was FINALLY able to snag Brother's Netflix account while he's at work. It's giving me lots of thoughts for FtD, too. ^_^

I'm also noticing a few things that I hadn't before, which leave me with many questions.

- What happened between Jason and Bulk pre-series? There's some *major* animosity there. o.O Jason's normally laidback, but he gets really aggressive and defensive whenever Bulk is around; more so than any of the others.
- I seriously think Skull has Asperger Syndrome. At the very least, I'm pretty sure he's dyslexic.
- Excluding the first episode, Kimberly was a better fighter than I remembered her being in the beginning. It's actually *Trini* who doesn't seem to fight well - or often - at first. She's getting better as the series continues though, which makes me wonder if it was that she was lacking experience, or if she just wasn't very aggressive until it became necessary.
- Okay, I finally get where Jason/Zack comes from. I'm not sold on it, but I'm seeing the hints. And it's definitely more than that one 'My hero!' kiss.
- The 'science' in this series is adorable. ♥
- Why do all the kids that show up have really bad voiceovers? >.O
- Zack and Kimberly seem to be really close. They touch and hang on each other a lot.
- The more Zordon talks, the more the Morphin Grid confuses me.

Also, watching MMPR is making me really curious about Zyuranger. Anyone have any suggestions of where I can find it?

I was shocked by how cruel the Rangers were to Bulk and Skull. They were bullies, sure, but I feel like the Rangers were a lot more malicious in return. Way more than what was warranted.

There is a reason that there's a "The Rangers are bullies" tag on ranger recaps. I have this theory that the Rangers were always the popular kids, and Bulk and Skull started acting out as a way to get attention, and the way they treat/hit on/harass Kim and Trini doesn't help, and it just grew into this awful animosity, and Bulk and Skull had no other way to DEFINE themselves other than "the dumb kids who got into fights with Jason and his group." Which is why they're constantly trying to find a new identity for themselves from season 2 onward.

JASON/ZACK. :D

*cough* If you email me, I may be able to provide you with some Zyuranger. :)
