One: Remove the paper from your cubicle, or you're sending out the message that it's okay to override your opinion on identity-relevant things.

Two: If people are incapable of not being religiously oppressive on their own (yes this is what it is I have no fucking patience for it and it should not be tolerated, anybody who does this to you is not someone you should respect) then people should be regulated into behaving non-offensively.

They're allowed to celebrate their holiday. They should not be allowed to force it on anyone else. That's just - and I'm going to phrase it provocatively - religious rape culture. Look at the lines of reasoning you're using to justify why you "shouldn't" defend yourself on this, then substitute "touching me when I don't want to" to "hanging Christmas decorations on my cubicle".
