Probably my favorite exchange from the entire movie. <3
I agreed re: Spock's emotions. I like seeing him go all craycray, but I would be lying if I didn't burst out laughing in the theater when he was all "KHAN!" lol I just couldn't help it.
But yes, they did a good job with the feels.
I'm always of the opinion that comparing this universe to the other is going to be a flawed comparrison. It's like comparring a book to a movie- obviously its not the same.
The ONLY thing I was upset about in this movie was the little girl being sick- because as TNG movie where they go back in time clearly establishes, warp travel unlocks all of human potential, and crime, disease and poverty are all gone within 20 years. So that bothered me. But otherwise, yeah, no, fantastic movie.
Also re: Kirk v Picard- I always choose Janeway. :P
