I LOVE LOVE LOVE that you agree with not stereotyping Houses! I'm HATE when people claim all Slytherins are evil, or that Hufflepuffs are the 'leftover' house. >.< I personally sort them as Griffindor=Brave, Hufflepuff=Loyal and Hardworking, Ravenclaw=Witty and Desires to Learn, and Slytherin=Cunning and Ambitious.
Which is probably why I don't agree with *all* of the ones you sorted, but I do most of them!
Although you forgot Justin. -Pouty glare- I personally put him in Hufflepuff, because while he *was* a genius, he was more interest in being with/around/having friends than being interested in studying.
-Clears throat- And now for my protests!
- Kimberly (Griffindor vrs. Hufflepuff): I put Kim in Hufflepuff because I tend to see her as being brave when she needs to be, and usually because her friends need her. I hemmed a bit over the hardworking at first, but she's a gymnast for a reason. - Carlos (Griffindor vrs. Hufflepuff): I'm ... not sold on Carlos in either category, honestly. He's very loyal to his team, but he's brave, too. He could be either or. - Ryan (Griffindor vrs. Slytherin): I absolutely put Ryan in Slytherin. He was the *one* Ranger who was 'evil' without being brainwashed into it, and was both incredibly cunning and ambitious. You can argue that he's brave after the whole cobra incident, but I don't see that as being the core of who he is; more that he didn't want to lose what he'd earned. - Dana (Griffindor vrs. Hufflepuff): That's a hard one. Dana *is* brave, but she's also very loyal to her family and her team, and works hard to be good at things. - Wes (Griffindor vrs. Hufflepuff): For all Wes' Bravery, I always think of his loyalty to his friends and his father above all else. (Although now that I'm thinking about it, I'd make Alex a Slytherin.) - Cole (Griffindor vrs. Hufflepuff): My impression of Cole was that he was brave because he was needed, and that he became a Ranger because he needed to be. And in his first few fights, he was more concerned with trying to make peace than anything. He only became more agressive and brave bordering on stupidity as the season went on. - Hunter (Griffindor vrs. Slytherin vrs. Hufflepuff): I'm ... torn on Hunter. I don't see him as a Griffindor. Initially I said Slytherin because of his intro to the show, when he supposedly wasn't evil? But I can also say Hufflepuff because of his loyalty to his family, and eventually his teammates. - Blake (Griffindor vrs. Slytherin): I think of Blake as the brains of the attack on Sensei and the Rangers, seeing as he seemed to be the one holding Hunter back at times. Definitely the cunning one. - Z (Griffindor vrs. Hufflepuff): I can see Z as a Griffindor, but the moments that really stuck out for me about her in the series involved her loyalty to Jack and their teammates. And she *worked* at rising to B Squad's level. - Vida (Griffindor vrs. Slytherin): That's another one that I think could go either way. But V always struck me as somewhat cunning and ambitious, too. - Tanya (Griffindor vrs. Hufflepuff): -Frowns- I'd say bravery for her decision to take Aisha's crystal back, but after that she was more about working to catch up to the others than anything. I'd go either way, I s'pose. - Cassie (Hufflepuff vrs. Slytherin): I saw Cassie's amibtion for music before anything else. ... Although she *does* choose to stay with T.J. out of loyalty. Hmm. - Max (Hufflepuff vrs. Slytherin): I'm not sold on this one. I just saw Max as more cunning than loyal, but that's another you could debate. - Sam (Hufflepuff vrs. Slytherin): Sam is *absolutely* a Slytherin in my mind. He has ambition from the moment he joins S.P.D., to be a Ranger. Which you *could* claim as hard work, but I dunno. - Damon (Ravenclaw vrs. Slytherin): ... I have no idea why you put Damon in Slytherin. o.O - Merrick (Ravenclaw vrs. Griffindor): I put him in Griffindor almost by default: he's not very cunning or ambitious, he's not really loyal because he keeps running off, and he's not that interested in learning about the world around him. So I vote Griffindor. - Alyssa (Hufflepuff vrs. Ravenclaw): Hmm. I put her in Ravenclaw because of her determination to go to school, but I could see Hufflepuff. - Tori (Ravenclaw vrs. Hufflepuff): -Glances up- And here I put Tori in Hufflepuff because of her loyalty to her friends, and the way she works at becoming a better ninja, but you could argue Ravenclaw for the same reason. - R.J. (Ravenclaw vrs. Hufflepuff) That ... is another debate. I think it'd ultimately come down to where R.J. picked. - Emma (Ravenclaw vrs. Hufflepuff): I'm not really sure *what* to do with Emma. I went for Hufflepuff because of her relationship with Gia and the Shippy Episode. I could kind of see Ravenclaw. - Tommy (Slytherin vrs. Griffindor): I absolutely cannot see Tommy as a Slytherin. His entire strategy as a Ranger when he wasn't brainwashed was to beat the enemy into submission. - Ashley (Slytherin vrs. Hufflepuff): ... And I have no idea why you put Ashley in Slytherin. o.O - Damon (Slytherin vrs. Ravenclaw): Or Damon. o.O - Kira (Slytherin vrs. Griffindor): I guess I could see Kira as Slytherin for her music career, but again, her moments that stuck with me from the series were when she was particularly brave. - Jack (Slytherin vrs. Griffindor): I cannot see Jack as Slytherin. He avoided S.P.D. like the plague and tried to run off to do his own thing. I'd almost say Hufflepuff, but he's not really that hardworking. - Nick (Slytherin vrs. Griffindor): Pretty much the same thing as with Jack: Nick actively tried to *avoid* being given power.
So! Those are my thoughts. Feel free to debate/convince me why I'm wrong! ^_~
